Do I need any existing software?+
No. ClientForge is the platform — we set it up end to end. You just need a phone number we can route calls through, and we handle the rest during onboarding.
What if I already use a different CRM?+
No problem. ClientForge handles missed-call capture, the AI conversation, and booking. If you're on Tradify, ServiceM8, AroFlo, or similar, we can pipe confirmed bookings into your existing tool so your job records stay in one place.
How long does setup take?+
Most installs go live within 24 hours of kickoff for Recovery, and 5–7 business days for Engage and Dominate. We need a couple of short calls and access to your phone number provider.
Is there a contract?+
No fixed-term contracts. Monthly plans are month-to-month, 14 days' notice to cancel. Annual prepay gets you 2 months free.
What if it doesn't work for my trade?+
If we can't show measurable lead recovery in your first 30 days, we refund the setup fee. We've run this for plumbers, sparkies, HVAC techs, and roofers — same playbook.
Who owns the leads and customer data?+
You do. Your phone number is yours. Your customer records are yours. If we ever part ways, you get a full export of every lead and conversation.
Is ClientForge Spam Act compliant?+
Yes. Every install includes consent handling, sender identification, and a working opt-out (STOP) flow as required under the Spam Act 2003. Customer data is handled in line with the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles.
