ClientForge ("we", "us", "our") is an Australian service provider that installs and supports missed-call recovery systems for service businesses. This policy explains how we handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
2. Information we collect
We collect contact details (name, business name, email, phone number) you provide when you book a demo, sign up, or communicate with us. When operating ClientForge on your behalf, we may have access to lead data (caller phone numbers, SMS content, booking details) processed through your ClientForge account.
3. How we use information
We use your information to deliver our services, respond to enquiries, send service-related communications, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
4. Disclosure
We disclose information to sub-processors and service providers we use to operate ClientForge (e.g. SMS gateways such as Twilio, email providers, hosting and analytics) under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by Australian law.
5. Storage and security
Information is stored on infrastructure operated by reputable providers with appropriate security controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
6. Your rights
You may request access to or correction of your personal information at any time by emailing us. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
7. SMS communications
Outbound SMS sent through ClientForge-installed systems comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), including consent, sender identification, and opt-out requirements.
